Ran my first mile after having Baby Londyn. 14min mile :)

I got to start some where right?

I am sure proud of Trisha for running the St. George Marathon.

I remember when she ran 3 miles and was so proud of herself now 26!

  It's very motivating.

LOL! Luke! thanks I can't believe you checked this old thing :) Guess what Londyn and I are getting up at 5am to run. She just watches me while I huff & puff. In my head i think she's cheering me on :)

Yeah I stopped using this for awhile but now I use it all the time! But that is awesome I'm sure she is cheering you on!
