GOAL FOR TODAY:

1 MILE WHEN MIKE GET'S HOME FROM WORK. WE STAYED UP LATE LAST NIGHT SO ONCE HE GETS HOME THIS EVENING I'LL RUN 1 MILE IN. HE IS ON CALL TONIGHT SO I WILL TRY TO RUN AS FAST AS I CAN.

MY EATING GOAL TODAY IS TO EAT HEALTHY & CLEAN.

I THINK I AM GOING TO ONLY HAVE 1 SODA A WEEK. AND ONCE I HIT THE NEW YEARS CUT SODA OUT COMPLETELY.

Ran & walked for 21 minutes this morning.

Londyn slept so good for me last night.

Ran my first mile after having Baby Londyn. 14min mile :)

I got to start some where right?

I am sure proud of Trisha for running the St. George Marathon.

I remember when she ran 3 miles and was so proud of herself now 26!

It's very motivating.
