GOAL FOR TODAY: 1 MILE WHEN MIKE GET'S HOME FROM WORK. WE STAYED UP LATE LAST NIGHT SO ONCE HE GETS HOME THIS EVENING I'LL RUN 1 MILE IN. HE IS ON CALL TONIGHT SO I WILL TRY TO RUN AS FAST AS I CAN. MY EATING GOAL TODAY IS TO EAT HEALTHY & CLEAN. I THINK I AM GOING TO ONLY HAVE 1 SODA A WEEK. AND ONCE I HIT THE NEW YEARS CUT SODA OUT COMPLETELY.
