Meeting Heather C. at the rail trail this morning. My goal is to run 2 miles with out stopping. I will have Logan ride his bike and  L&L I'll push in the jogger.

My goal is to start eating healthier! Im going to limit myself 1 dessert a week and going to allow myself 1,200 calories a day.  I am also going to have a count down to help me to make it to my goal so here's day 1 of 7.

GO HEATHER!!!! You can do it! Hope your 2 miler goes well this morning. If you feel like stopping, just start singing, "Boom, boom, boom......boom boom boom." Know what song I'm talking about?

Oh, send me a copy of your training schedule too. I want to check it out....

Good job Heather. Keep the motivation alive!

OH---GREAT that you have a running partner too! That will definitely help, even if it just gets you out the door. Usually, that's the biggest battle. GOGOGOGOGO!

Yeah Heather!!!!! Welcome to the blog!!! I'm excited to keep in touch and track your running! I agree with what Aubree said, , , ,not necessarily about singing the song cuz I don't know what she's talking about :) lol, , , jk, but I do agree that a running partner is EVERYTHING to success. You can do it alone, but it is SO much easier to meet someone and do it together. This blog helps too, cuz it's nice motivation. Good luck w/ your calorie tracking and such, , , I've tried that and it's hard and takes grit- - - but I know you can do it!!!! Have you ever gone to fitday.com? It's a free calorie tracker site that I love, it has almost any food so it makes it easy to enter in what you ate for the day, plus you can put in custom foods.

Anyway, , , , , Wahoo to You!!! It's fun to have a race to work towards and I know you'll do awesome! Remember back in the day when we were going to start walking together every morning back in Pine Valley Townhomes? . . . we went, uh , , , once? :) ha ha
