Meeting Heather C. at the rail trail this morning. My goal is to run 2 miles with out stopping. I will have Logan ride his bike and L&L I'll push in the jogger. My goal is to start eating healthier! Im going to limit myself 1 dessert a week and going to allow myself 1,200 calories a day. I am also going to have a count down to help me to make it to my goal so here's day 1 of 7.
