Worked out with Heather C. and we did the Eliptical Jogger for 20 min on 7-6-5- 3-2 level. 

Then we did this row machine for 20 minutes. I am going to start tracking my calories and work outs better to help me accomplish my goals. Wish me luck.

Meeting Heather C. at the rail trail this morning. My goal is to run 2 miles with out stopping. I will have Logan ride his bike and  L&L I'll push in the jogger. 

My goal is to start eating healthier! Im going to limit myself 1 dessert a week and going to allow myself 1,200 calories a day.  I am also going to have a count down to help me to make it to my goal so here's day 1 of 7.

Walked run 4 miles on rail trail. Heather C has a injury so we couldn't run straight. However I felt like I could.  It was a fun day. Im getting more and more excited about running.

I had a great work out today. worked on the machines for 2.5 hours. Im happy with that. Heather and I are doing a diet race. Whoever eats the least amount of sugar gets a prize at the end of the month. I want to win! I am going to track everything on this blog. My goal is to eat 1000 calories and stay away from sugars. 

I feel swollen and puffy from our trip. I always eat bad when Im on vacation and then regret it later. 

 

 

 

my work out:

40 minutes on treadmill

35 minutes on rower

Ran 2 miles ( 23 minutes)

Walked 1 mile  ( 20 minutes)

I feel like I don't know how to push myself like I need to be pushed. I need to go on biggest Losers so that I can find my emotional problem.

 

 

Monday

Breakfast:  skipped. ( don't skip breakfast!)

Lunch:  Cauliflower & ONIONS & carrots.    Didn't eat Cauliflower and ONIONS but ate a pork chop. LOL! so embarassing!

Snack:  Carrot & Celery Juice. ( I love my JuICER)

Dinner: chicken and broccoli for dinner.  Ate a can of soup. no points (WW)

I did pretty good today. I did not eat any sweets. YIPEE for me. I am going to do this one day at a time. Baby steps.


 

Take a shower get ready for bed.

Drink an Herbal tea.
