Good Job Heather!! you are really an inspiration! How is your calorie counting going? That is the hardest thing for me to stick with, I'll bet you're doing awesome.

You asked about a schedule to follow for your half marathon in April. . . my favorite schedules have been off runnersworld.com You just put in what distance you are training for, and how long of a schedule you want and it will customize it for you. Both of my best marathons were from these schedules. I know there are others online too.
