20 Minutes on Eliptical

30 Minutes on Bike

20 Minutes on Rower

Worked out for 55 minutes. on Bike and eliptical. Tomorrow were running 4 miles on trail.

Walked run 4 miles on rail trail. Heather C has a injury so we couldn't run straight. However I felt like I could.  It was a fun day. Im getting more and more excited about running.
